Thanks to the generosity of the Valencia Lakes Community, the Women to Women campaign was a huge SUCCESS because of YOU...we collected a total of 1,875 personal feminine hygiene products!
Valencia Lakes West Women’s Club launched a first-time Women to Women Campaign to help women facing financial challenges and access to basic feminine hygiene and personal grooming necessities.
The recipient of this campaign was the Mary & Martha House in Ruskin, helping women and families escape domestic violence and homelessness for over 35 years.
Special thanks to the club’s amazing volunteers who offered their homes as drop-off locations: Ginnie Tackus, Linda Leiker, Maureen Davis, Pat Lore, Irene Iswarienko, Michele Gurto, and to our board members who helped deliver the collected products.
