Refund Policy

Criteria-based refund policy (approved by the VLWWC BOD 7/15/2024)

 

Refunds will be issued on a limited criteria basis. Only those requests that meet one of these criteria will be granted refunds.

 

1. duplicate signup

 

2. death of a member or family member

 

3. birth of a family member

 

4. jury duty

 

5. military service
