Back to School Drive

This program has grown significantly since its inception. The Back to School program began with only two women and now many members of the Club participate. We focus on are two schools located in the Wimauma community where the need is great - Reddick Elementary  and Wimauma Elementary. We hold a drive each July to supply specific items requested by the schools. If you would like to participate in this program there are multiple ways to assist.  Some Members collect supplies at their homes, inventory the supplies collected, shop for additional supplies with the donated monies and finally assist with delivery of the supplies to the schools. Monetary donations may be made on our website. 

In 2023 Shields Middle School benefited from club donations to the "Snuggle and Read" program. The Club donated over 250 blankets for this reading promotion program.

In 2024 some of the funds received went to the purchase of musical instruments for Wimauma Elementary.
